Coyote Hydrotorque Warranty Policy

The Coyote Hydrotorque is backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty covering parts and the proper functioning of the machine.

What This Warranty Covers:

  • Any defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Malfunctions related to the internal mechanisms or components of the machine under normal, intended use.

What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:

  • Damage resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Damage caused by dropping the machine into pools or onto hard surfaces.
  • Any repairs, modifications, or tampering performed by unauthorized parties.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

Warranty Service Details:

  • If a warranty issue arises within the one-year period, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for customers located within the continental United States to return the machine to our service center for repair.
  • For international customers, please contact our office directly to discuss warranty service options and shipping arrangements.
  • All warranty claims require proof of purchase, so please retain your original invoice.
